Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom

The girls loved riding the buses to and from the parks.

The girls rode Tower of Terror and loved it!  I had so much fun!

At the Frozen sing-along, it "snowed" inside!  The girls were so excited!

We met a green army man outside of Toy Story Mania.  We watched almost every show at Hollywood Studios that day and ended the day at Fantasmic.  We were pretty exhausted by that point, so we were ready to get back to the hotel.

Last day at Animal Kingdom

We got to ride the Triceratops spin several times.

We met Pocahontas, but she had blue eyes.  Hmmmm...

We ate another great brunch at Tusker House.  We got to meet Mickey, Goofy, Donald and Daisy.  The food was great, too.

I like this silhouette of Chess with a baobab tree in the background while on the safari.
We had a great and very busy week.  We were all glad to be done with our trip, but Jared was definitely the happiest, as he ran through the parking lot yelling, "We're free!" :)  We left Animal Kingdom at 4:00 and drove straight home.  We got home around 11:30 and slept in our own beds!

Magic Kingdom Day 2, and Epcot

We started this day out right by riding Peter Pan and meeting Ariel.

I loved meeting my favorite, Alice!

We ate at Be Our Guest, and of course the grey stuff was delicious!  Chess tried it out on her finger first.

Rapunzel

Cinderella

Our Dole Whip and Float were so refreshing on this hot day!

We left the Magic Kingdom early this day (around 4:00) because we were tired, and we had ridden everything we wanted, most things more than once.  The girls loved Space Mountain, and even put their hands up on all the roller coasters!  Tinkerbell was really cute, too.

The next day was Epcot.

We ate brunch at Akershus in the Norway section, and we got to meet lots of princesses there while we ate a yummy meal.

I got to meet Mulan, too!

Mickey and Goofy!

Such a fantastic ride!

Andrea gave me money for my birthday and said I had to pick a pearl from a oyster in the Japan section of the world showcase.  We ate so many good treats in the countries at Epcot before we left that night.

Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom Day 1

The girls were so happy to arrive at our hotel - All Star Movies Resort.

We walked around to get a look at the hotel decorations.

We spent a little while walking around Downtown Disney.

We walked by just in time to see the volcano erupting!

We ate at Rain Forest Cafe.

The girls had their silhouette's drawn.

We have arrived at the Magic Kingdom!

Splash Mountain was tons of fun, as you can see by the picture below!

Being spooky in front of the Haunted Mansion.  The girls were so brave and not scared of any rides.  I was so proud of them and we had tons of fun riding everything!

Elsa was the person they wanted to meet most of all.

Jared and I had the most fun meeting the Tremaine family.

Both girls were in the show at Enchanted Tales with Belle and we loved it!

Riding the Tea Cups, of course!

Flying high with Dumbo!

We had some rain, but we were prepared with ponchos.  We got to ride Thunder Mt. twice with almost no lines!

These glow ears were a big hit!  Mickey Mouse pointed them out during the parade.  Snow White even came up to Lera and told her they were cute.  She was in heaven because of that!  A donkey boy from Pinocchio told Chess something was wrong with her ears. :)

We stayed this day from 9:00 until 10:30!  The girls were awesome.  We tried to watch the fireworks, but it didn't work out, so we ended the night by riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.  The girls almost feel asleep during the 30 minute (and our longest) wait, but it was worth it!

Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center

We just had an amazing family vacation for 8 glorious days!
This is the first of several posts about our vacation.

We stopped by the beach for about an hour, and of course the girls went in with their clothes on!  They just loved every second.

Jared's favorite part of the trip - the Kennedy Space Center

The Atlantis Space Shuttle

Our family standing under the huge Apollo Space Craft

This place was really cool, had so much to do there, and was a great start to our trip.
