Chess had her first trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains and loved it! She is already our outdoorsy girl, but she especially loved the crisp, mountain air. We took her to Vogel State Park, one of our favorite places.
What a fun little family trip! It looks like Chess likes riding on Daddy's tummy. Nan-naw said you brought Chess by her house today and she LOVED that you did and kept talking about how Chess kept smiling at her and of course Paw-paw had to mention how he thought her Pink shirt did go with her brown pants (he just doesn't know those colors go together now)...

She loves the camera! She is looking at it in almost every picture! She really is alert and happy!
I have to say that the last picture is the best... Jared and Chess have the same face... SOOO FUNNY... Like Father Like Daughter... so sweet.
